Did you see the change.org petition to add Punjabi to Duolingo?

It states "Our parents migrated from India, and in the process of adapting to a new culture, we lost touch with our native language - Punjabi. We believe that reconnecting with our language is an essential step towards embracing our heritage and culture."
This is so true. Punjabi is an amazing way to connect with our elders (who live here and in Punjab), connect with our roots and our culture and also with our Guru.
Everyone learns in different ways. Some love bookwork and learning via texts, others love practical activities, and some love technology and learning through technology. Whatever the method, the most important thing is we all learn Punjabi and use the language. If we don't, it will get lost.
